Be nice and help out a newbie from the UK, please...
I picked up a rather poorly BT9 recently - apparently it had been used in a video for a Metal band where unspeakable atrocities were committed unto it. It had also had a coat of rattle can wh...
I have a wd20sce, and love the sound. I'm asking around to see if anyone knows of a solid wood washburn acoustic that is available now? I was looking at the comfort series (spalted maple), but I'm not sure because of some negative reviews about it. Any...
I have a WD32SW (all solid wood construction) that I would consider selling. It has been mod'ed with West African Hard Ivory nut and saddle, as well as bone strap button and bridge pins. The endpin is still plastic, though.
Nice catch!! Washburn has not made many maple-fretboard models in the past 40 years. If I were to go insane on the "EVH" thing, I'd considered swapping necks between a BT-10 & BT-9.
As it happens, I have a BT-3 within reach, & the vibrato arm I got on ...

Been offered great deal on a silver sparkle finish N4 - googling it I can only find one reference to a custom shop model by cs luthier but not official issue ?
Would appreciate some insight / feedback as I'm an N4 newbie
If you know nothing about the N4, why on earth are you even considering buying such a high-end guitar? -- & I assume online as well, so not merely unplayed but sight unseen.
World Music has a "New Product" special on a couple of Washburn all solid wood guitars:
WD250SWCE, regularly $749.99, now $429.99. This is a juiced guitar, ready for stage work. Probably a limited time offer, but not one of those " Stupid Deal of the D...
I have a friend's D100B that he would like to sell. I can't find any info on what he has or what it's worth. Not good condition but sounds good to me. What if it was in good condition? SN: G00020341
