A while back I bought a SAE and a Metric set from Harbor Freight. They have fit every thing from my Fender to a Ibanez and a Washburn. Tom.

Most import guitars use a truss rod that has a 5mm allen nut on the end of it. Get a 5mm allen wrench and you should be good to go...
