HB32 Intonation

Hi, I'm a newbie to Washburn, having bought my first Washburn, an HB32, last autumn.

I'm having trouble adjusting intonation on the G string - all the other strings have been adjusted fine. 

I can get the G string tuned on open and reasonably OK at 12...
