Equis II knobs?

Hi everyone,

I've been looking to find some replacement knobs for the equalizer pre-amp on my Washburn D17 SCE. I bought this guitar new, oh, about 20 years ago, and in the intervening years, the knobs have vanished.

Does anyone know where I might find...
